Something about formation
My education is intense and multicoloured: between 2001 and 2006 i studied at P.A.U.T. (Performing Art University of Turin), at the Circus School FLIC obtaining relatives diplomas, and i obtain at the same time a degree in Architecture studying at the Polytechnic in Turin.
After this academic period i went in Belgium and Netherlands to continue to improve skills in the circus world; I specialize in static trapeze and acro-portes at the A.C.A.P.A. (Academy for Circus And Performing Arts), Espace Catastrophe and the Atelier du Trapéze. In those years i also approached to “ The poetic of the spaces” .
From 2011 ‘m busy teaching aerial techniques, performing both as a solo artist and in the company FourHands Circus, a circus theatre company formed with Fabrizio Palazzo.The recent formation in Circus Dramaturgy (CNAC/ESAC), in France and Belgium, 2017/2018 is a stimulus for me to research in the field of aerial creativity and techniques.

The poetics of the spaces, dramaturgy and circus
During my studies in architecture i’ve always been attracted by immaterial architecture rather than monumental ones. Over the years my interest has shifted towards movement, actions and even emotions that generate space more than space as a “container” of actions and emotions.
The workshops The Poetics of the Spaces were the first step where i really felt the Trade d’union between architecture and circus. The desire to restore a certain degree of freedom to the circus, to the spaces that the contemporary circus generates is still part of my investigation field.
The training course in circus dramaturgy was an invaluable tool in writing and research methodology, combining theoretical and practical aspects.
I currently believe that any good creative work is the result of research that born from a great emotional reservoir from which we can draw, in a conscious way, for our creations trying to find and maintain joy and vitality until the end result, the presentation to the public.
For several years i’ve practiced athletics at a competitive level, endurance, determination and will are traits that accompany me until now in my circus practice; but now, competition let the space to a constructive dialogue.
